Having left GXS due to pending redundancy and the need to recuperate from major surgery in May 2014. Today over 500,000 companies in more than 50 countries are using GXS Trading Grid to connect their supply chains and financial markets and process over 14 billion transactions per year representing trillions of pounds in electronic commerce.•Recruited to handle part of a substantial ledger dealing with high profile blue chip companies which included partners and resellers, subsequently to assist with additional duties, including but not limited to; •Review ledger segmentation processes and identifying potential for automation.•Assist line manager with creating a more robust outsourcing process for accounts requiring litigation. •Review accounts for line manager and produce reports detailing if legal action was required and advise of any alternatives including write off.•Produce statements of truths for cases being outsourced including detailed data gathering as evidence to present to court.•Tasked by F.D to implement 1st line credit reporting/scoring platform.•Assist the UK Commercial Analyst with queries specific to the ledger I was handling which involved complex orders needing daily reviews to ensure rolling and recurring invoices for maintenance. •Worked directly with F.D to revamp low value order processing.•Worked directly with F.D to improve how paper data was being archived into contract repository and implementing better key words to allow ease of access•Working with Sales managers Worldwide to deal with order reviews which I would present to my Finance Director for sign off once checked.•Customer dispute resolution: reducing ledger DSO and bucket movement.
