OneNexus empowers employee and organization growth by redefining workplace relationships. The product aims to improve an organization's innovation index by more than 20% in less than 3 months.I built and managed a team of 6 people to launch the MVP and demo it to multiple Fortune500 companies. After many iterations, I had a 75% rate of conversion into a letter of intent from many Fortune 500 companies for early adoption.Background: I started this company as a side-project during my Master's at Cornell. As I refined the solution to align it better with the problem, the project gained huge traction from many Fortune 500 companies and angel investors. I also raised seed funding, and hired a team of software engineers and designers to build the MVP.After graduating from Cornell, I decided to pursue a full-time product management job at Datadog to improve my understanding of the drivers of innovation culture in global tech companies, and further hone my technical and managerial skills.

IPACS is now the flagship product of the company.-> Introduced agile methodology and handled 500+ feature requests leading to 40% increment in user activity and 30% reduction in user training time.-> Developed SaaS platforms to manage SOPs, complaints, vendors, LMS, and business continuityplans.
