I believe in hard work, smart thinking, integrity and generosity of spirit.I have 28 years' experience in the charity sector, including 16 years as a charity leader. I am an experienced and highly regarded trainer, coach, facilitator and writer.I was CEO for four years of a charity that improved the lives of sick children. I've designed, managed and delivered large-scale programmes, leading teams and working with partners. I've also had the privilege of consulting to some of the UK's largest and smallest charities, including Mencap, British Red Cross, Christian Aid, Conservation Volunteers, British Heart Foundation, Shelter & UNICEF UK.
