Creative Director
CurrentThe job requirements of my position range from high-level management to hands-on involvement. Our team lean and versatile, so a broad skill set and the ability to wear different hats on a daily (if not hourly) basis is mandatory. But, in general, my role is to work directly with Account Executives and senior staff to help develop timelines, budgets and production workflows for our design team; and then subsequently coordinate, delegate and manage our creative resources throughout the lifespan of a given project. Despite the title of Creative Director I still remain actively engaged as a graphic designer – sometimes working as part of a team, sometimes as a solo artist. Other 'hats' I'm likely to wear include client presentations, storyboarding, video and audio editing, interactive development and even some copy writing. Because here at Intercross, the title of Creative Director isn't defined by any one responsibility. It is the sum of many.
