I am an owner and senior practitioner with Allen + Clarke. I undertake various policy, project management, and regulatory development projects for New Zealand and Australian public sector agencies. I also undertake international development projects that involve supporting countries to develop regulatory and non-regulatory solutions to policy problems. I have a proven track record of delivering quality products on time and within budget and have worked on all stages of the policy and regulatory development cycle. This includes initial research and policy formulation, undertaking regulatory impact analysis to consider both regulatory and non-regulatory solutions to policy problems, consultation, obtaining Ministerial and Cabinet approval. He has also significant experience reviewing legislation, supporting the passage of legislation, regulations, and standards, and working to successfully implement new regulations. I have a Law degree and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Canterbury.
