Management Analyst
CurrentServes as assistant to Senior Management Analyst for management analysis and related supporting elements. Performs requirements analysis, feasibility studies, system design and system evaluation. Studies report findings and makes recommendations to management. Applies general knowledge of the management functions, processes and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze and evaluate information required by Senior Management Analyst or Project/Program Managers and customers. Experience includes assisting in drawing conclusions and devising solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structure, work methods and procedures efficiency and resource management, utilization or control. Experience in assisting in the development and maintenance of program or project milestones, progress monitoring, financial acquisition, quality control, maintenance and training documentation.• Complete Data Change Software Change Request (SCRs) enabling data to be changed or a completed step corrected.• Assist by providing the best resolution for a frustrated Deficiency Report (DR).• Coordinate with Inter-Service Clearing House Representative for inter-service DRs that are in need of attention. • Provide monthly customized generated reports to Process Owners and Unit Leads. • Perform internal Data Calls to identify trends. • Provide on-site training, which can be tailored to meet user requirements.• Provide off-site training telephonically or through e-mail when on-site training isn't feasible.• Provide training through the use of Computer Based Training (CBT) presentations on web site tools.• Develop and maintain web site Handbooks and Training Curriculum Syllabi.• Attend and provide presentations/training, at the request of the PMA/FST.• Ensure electronic information technologies are accessible to individuals with disabilities in accordance with Department of Defense Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d).
