• Assist junior team members in day-to-day testing and planning activities• Lead the effort in developing and maintaining test plans, test scenarios and test cases for user interface, functional, system and exploratory testing• Review test plans and test cases developed by junior team members• Perform functional, system, regression and data tests• Report, track and determine priority of reported bugs using bug-tracking system• Document quality assurance practices• Participate in planning and backlog grooming activities to help guide testables and associated risks to product quality• Assist development teams in creating resource estimates for tasks and user stories• Assist with the development and implementation of new testing strategies and methodologies• Work regularly with user interaction designers, software developers and technical writers on all aspects of the application• Handle multiple projects and directives in a fast-paced environment
