Prepared Joint Use Pole rental inputs and established rental rates and tables. Prepared and tracked a budget of over $11,000,000 related to pole rental expenses and revenues. Analyzed documentation and reports related to joint use issues and acted as an administrator ensuring all rights of way, easements and consents were obtained, recorded, and registered.
