The Hybrid Direct Carbon Fuel Cell project has a very small team of contributors, of which I am the main contributor. Aside from seeking assistance in a few niche areas, I have been responsible for all engineering aspects of the project since I joined the team. Work that I have completed includes:-Designed new parts and modified existing parts using SolidWorks and Pro/Engineer to create a functional test fixture for fragile fuel cell components. Design criteria included extreme temperatures and chemical compatibility.-Performed thermal stress analysis using ANSYS Workbench.-Simulated flow conditions using FloEFD.-Conceptualized test setup and acquired all necessary components and materials.-Created a Labview VI for testing to interface with the test setup and instruments including a Data Acquisition unit, power supply, a DC load, thermocouples and flow controllers.-Recommended for rehire because of past performance.Also contributed to other projects:Thermal Harvester Project-Designed test plates-Created LabVIEW code to run tests-Conceptualized and assembled test setup-Executed tests and compiled resultsGyro Project-Developed high-sensitivity temperature sensing assembly-Generated detailed mechanical drawings using Pro/Engineer and SolidWorks-Worked with external vendors and internal machine shop to acquire custom parts
