Directly responsible for the support of over 5,500 military members of the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team by advising, assisting, and helping mentor Battalion and Company level Equal Opportunity Leaders in the areas of Equal Opportunity, Human Relations and Diversity. I provided guidance to Commanders of subordinate units by providing regulatory guidance and assistance in conducting ethnic observances as well as Command Climate assessments through surveys, interviews, and focus groups. I am the lead instructor of the Equal Opportunity Course provided at Fort Hood. I have attended and successfully graduated the 14 week course provided by the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute in order to successfully receive and process EO complaints. Planned, resourced, and organized ten (10) major multi-echelon training events of a Brigade of 4,200 Service Members. Managed the Travel and payment of over three-hundred and fifty (350) employees to various schools or travel locations for career progression. Supervised the work of ten (10) logistics specialists, planners, or schedulers. Analyzed training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs. Planned, developed, and provided training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. Conducted orientation sessions and arranged on-the-job training for new hires.

Conducted training for the A3 Bradley platforms and the Bradley Virtual Simulator Training Systems, Unit Conduct of Fires Trainer (UCOFT) and Bradley Advanced Training System (BATS) and leaders training. Directly responsible of 46 Soldiers with training, morale, welfare, and their safety. As their supervisor I ensured that tasks were accomplished in a timely manner and consistently checked ahead to be prepared to accomplish short suspense tasks. As the senior enlisted advisor for the unit I developed a comprehensive drivers training program that facilitated one-hundred percent of all Soldiers to be qualified to drive over nineteen different vehicle variants. I overcame the shortage of limited personnel thru my management expertise and extensive logistical knowledge leading to an operational readiness of one-hundred percent of the unit assigned equipment.

Established open communications, monitored and troubleshot all frequencies to ensure continuous contact throughout the duration of all field exercises. Guided, mentored, and monitored nine (9) employees ensuring physical and mental well-being. Planned, directed, & coordinated the training and development activities and staff of over 147 employees in the organization with 100% results on all training activities. Developed Excel/PowerPoint and Word programs to help identify issues in the company and organization.
