As a floor manager at The Buildings Show 2018 and PM Spring-Fest 2019, my role was to manage all the exhibitors and their booths at my floor section. Supervise and coordinate the logistic elements and Exhibitors’ marketing activities.

After completing my internship for the Event and Venue Management program at Informa, I got hired as Exhibitor Coordinator for The Buildings Show 2018, some of my functions were:- Supporting the Show’s Management and the Operations Department at North American’s largest Show for the design, construction and property management sector. - Being the main point of contact for Show’s Exhibitors, assisting them in meeting the show’s mandatory requirements, logistics and move-in/move out procedures.- As a floor manager during Show’s days, I was responsible for all exhibitors’ in my designated area with their activities, their needs and requirements at their booths.

Multilayer SRL – Graphic Design and Audiovisuals Studio, Santo Domingo (Dom. Rep.)- Responsible for all company’s projects throughout its complete life cycle, including preparing and controlling budgets, run pitching presentations, hiring crew and staff, and running negotiations with clients and suppliers.- Manage projects such as branding and video content for the “Féte de la Musique 2017” music festival by the Alliance Francaise Dominican Republic, national product launching event for Bravecto, documentaries filming for projects by the United Nations of Development Program and the Agence Française de Développement, among others.- In charge of the company’s administration, sales, taxes and overall performance.

- As part of the largest production house in the Dominican Republic, I was responsible for planning, executing and closing all company’s film productions, including TV Ads and Movies.- Conduct meetings with suppliers to negotiate possible partnerships and special prices.- Prepare and preside client presentations meetings. - Control projects budget, supervise all department’s performances.
