Enrollment management decisions are made based on data and market research, and complimented by strong strategic partners and exceptional relationships. Utilizing data and relationships to enhance recruitment, territory management, marketing, digital strategy, and technology is critical while not only managing, but collaborating with staff. Partnering with admission and financial aid professionals, faculty, athletic administrators, alumni, and college personnel, resulted in practical experience, an in-depth knowledge of higher education, and enhanced communication across campus. Initiative, creativity, and a strategic vision led to promotions, representation on various committees at the university, and confidence to make high level decisions. Through my leadership in the Ohio Association for College Admission Counseling (OACAC) and National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), I have an extensive network of admission professionals, high school counselors, independent counselors, and consultants.
