Project: IH Funding ApplicationsThis project included assembling a highly detailed proposal for a $1.8 billion network of hydrogen energy plants to pursue multiple government funding opportunities. FI consulting was engaged to contribute additional bandwidth and expertise to build these comprehensive proposals. Ryan built a financial model that was developed to include pro-forma statements at the plant level and project level. In addition, Ryan compiled key technical research, co-authored and edited every section of the proposal, developed graphics, and provided strategic and managerial support.Project: Treasury’s Financial Stability Oversight Council’s 2022 Annual ReportAs FI’s team lead for this program, Ryan’s primary responsibility was to coordinate the development of financial charts among the development team, authors, validation team and outside stakeholders. In addition, he was responsible for collecting and documenting chart information and permissions to publish the underlying data and chart. To do this, Ryan built an extensive excel progress tracking tool used to track progress at a granular level and included visual summaries, automated most of the documentation process, managed team bandwidth and responsibilities, identified potential bottlenecks and issues, tracked problem solving actions and results, and enabled additional quality control checks.
