I am an experienced and knowledgeable Information Technology professional with over 12 years of experience. I currently work as an Information Services Technician using troubleshooting skills, advanced analytics, software/hardware knowledge, and superior customer service to focus on desktop support for our members at Navy Federal Credit Union.I received a BS degree in Information Technology with a concentration on Network Security at George Mason University. I graduated from Western Governor's University with an MS degree in Information Technology Management. I am interested in Cybersecurity and how to detect and prevent network attacks. I want to learn from Network and Cyber Security Analysts about the current types of attacks and preventive measures used today. My areas of expertise are testing and troubleshooting, project management, strategic planning, team leadership, business continuity, data backup and recovery, resource allocation, business communication, and customer service.
