- 1:1 coaching with other Support Services Consultants and Support Services Specialists to coach and work through any struggles they are having.
- Support Services Consultants and Support Services Specialists throughout the day answering questions, providing feedback, and ensuring the information given to our clients is complete and accurate.
- Partner Success: Providing knowledge to partners to empower them to utilize our platform for their current clients. Receiving and delivering partner feedback to product managers to address applicable system enhancements.
