• Analyzed electrical characteristics of power MOSFETs and conducted simulations using ANSYS Q3D Parasitic Extraction Procedures to assess parasitic effects in SiC Power Modules.• Focused on Ultrasonic Principles in Wire Bond Technology, particularly with the aim of identifying the critical transducer parameters associated with wire bond quality.• Conducted research on Scanning Acoustic Tomography (SAT) as a non-destructive testing method for power modules to enhance production line reliability and performance assessment.

• Conducted two research titled “Dynamic Airflow Obstruction Leads to Intrinsic Positive End-expiratory Pressure-The Research of Polydimethylsiloxane Airway Model.” and “Cerebral Vascular Model of Polydimethylsiloxane and Other Manufacturing Process - Comparison of Transparency and Pressure Measurement.” • Implemented Matlab, Solidworks, Ansys, 3D printing, PDMS, photolithography techniques to take part in research projects including organs-on-chips (OoCs) and EDAC (an airway disease) teaching tools for medical training.• Developed the simulated airway model that can accurately replicate the airway collapse conditions seen in patients with excessive dynamic airway collapse (EDAC), specifically those with collapse levels ranging from 50% to 75% and can withstand pressure changes within the typical range of 0 to 35cmH2O during mechanical ventilation.
