Plan, manage, coordinate and close out assigned projects typically consisting of the schedule, technical scope and financial performance of multiple projects in order to deliver a quality service, on-time, and to customer requirements. Typically, projects have multiple work scope, higher complexity, and increased customer collaboration.• Project scopes consist of well intervention – riser based or riser less, plugging & abandonment, work over, IWOCS, and Subsea Tooling.

Manage various small and large scale infrastructure projects for BHP Billiton (Petroleum). Responsible for developing proposals, ROM', project schedules, project plans, allocating resources, and the overall management of projects.

Houston, Tx/Gulf Of Mexico

Responsible for managing decommissioning projects for multiple oil companies. Projects included well plug & abandonment, platform removal, pipeline flushing & abandonment, and site clearance/trawling. Have written over 250 well P&A procedures/wellbore schematics. -Interpreted downhole well files to develop well Plug & Abandonment procedures and wellbore schematics. Procedures included cement displacement volumes, setting on bridge plugs, and tubing/casing cut depths. Accompanied with the procedure was a wellbore schematic, which provided a visual interpretation of the P&A procedure. -Part of the project team that managed a $38 million subsea plug & abandonment project for a downded platform. Project included subsea hole excavation, using divers, Rotech hole excavator, and Toyo pumps. Once straight pipe was discovered, casing was cut with a diamond wire saw, allowing us to install a subsea tree, followed by a subsea P&A of the well (total of 12 wells). -Managed decommissioning projects in the Gulf of Mexico, inland shallow water, and onshore/land. Vessels included DP II dive vessel, liftboats ranging from 145 class to 245 class, 4-point barges, shallow water barges, dredge barges, and rigless land P&A spreads. -Manged $27 million, 76 well package, spanning 8 months and including shallow water, salt water injection, and land wells. Management included procedure/well schematic development, AFE dvelopment, government compliance, procurement, bid requests/evaluation, logistical co-ordination of vessels, equipment, and personnel, daily operations and reporting, 3rd party vendor management/invoicing, and project close-out. -Developed and authorized a "Hurricane Evacuation Plan" for my entire division encompassing where all vessels, personnel, and equipment would demobalize to in an emergency, how reporting would be done during these times, and protocol for a safe and timely return to work.
