As Vice President of Advancement, l serve as a key leadership team member responsible for advancing the long term strategic mission and goals of the school as set forth by the Board of Directors and President of MHBS. My role will focus on marketing MHBS to the local community, increasing student enrollment and expanding upon the school's annual fundraising initiatives through the solicitation of major gifts, special events and foundation support.

I work directly with businesses and consumers to provide banking solutions for whatever they have going on in their business or lives. Whether it is a loan or a deposit account, I have them covered. I am much more than simply a loan officer. I truly work to build a deep relationship with my clients and give them more than they expect from a banker.

Was responsible for 10 Branch Managers and their 70 something direct reports including the recruitment, hiring and retention of this team. In Rutherford County I represented the bank and our brand in the community along with serving as Chairman of the SunTrust Advisory Board of Directors and orchestrated a One Team market strategy among all lines of business.

Called on insurance companies and auto repair shops to recommend Enterprise as the prefered provider to their clients.
