The role involved me being the Lead Learning Designer on several microcredentials that were to be created by University of Kent for an online learning platform called Future Learn. Working closely with SME's my main responsibility was to help design the content provided by them into material that would be successfully inducive for learning on the Future Learn platform. Due to the nature of the project the ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders was essential, and the need to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty was high. With so many different stakeholders involved keeping constant communication, adapting strategy, and providing clear feedback were key skills demonstrated daily.
