I’m passionate about developing team members and creating an unparalleled culture, all while serving the students and graduates of today.My top three areas of focus are:1. Creation and maintenance of lasting lender relationships;2. Empowering the team to do their best work by fostering a culture of innovation, achievement, and quality;3. Inspiring the education lending market to offer products that enable students and their families to fulfill their educational dreams.Outside of work, I can be found pursuing various outdoor activities with my family. I am honored to serve on the boards at New Cumberland Federal Credit Union, ELM Resources, and the York County Economic Alliance.
