Whilst working for my sister I have been instrumental with the initial planning, design, set up and general day-to-day control of the business. One of my responsibilities is to; recruit, induct, train and develop all staff members.I also identify market trends, implement rota’s, process payroll, design menus, liaise with local and national suppliers, conduct all fire and safety risk assessments, ensure all legal and compliance matters are adhered whilst ensuring exceptional standards of our product and excellent customer service at all times.
