As a member of BravoSolution’s marketing leadership team, I reported directly to the global CMO. My role encompassed responsibility for the marketing function across the regions of northern Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Asia Pacific. The role included:- Responsibility for establishing the regional strategic direction of marketing, closely aligned to sales and business strategy into specific industry verticals/target markets- Creation of regional go-to-market strategies and development of marketing plans to effectively position BravoSolution in the marketplace- Marketing budget forecasting and management across multiple geographies, in different phases of operations – from startup regions to established offices- Regional marketing team management of 10 FTEs, including field marketing executives and leadership of the business development team- Implemented marketing to business development strategies to drive highly qualified leads into the pipeline- Focused on creating and accelerating the pipeline, from MQLs, needs discovery and qualification, sales accepted leads through to opportunity close and accelerating the pipeline- Development of success metrics programs, objectives and key results, to focus the team on what really turns the dial on successful demand generation, through to ROI justification- Leadership role for multiple, highly complex projects, including;> Global website rebrand and relaunch> Led and implemented the global marketing automation platform, HubSpot;> Created the global customer conference, BravoConnect; now entering its 5th year- Development and management of external marketing services, including PR, syndication partnerships, Google SEO and SEM, video production agencies and event partners- A significant understanding and sensitivity towards the cultural and political nuances of each local market
