Conducted a program assessment for the outpatient services program RACS provides by researching measures relevant to behavioral treatment-related constructs and developing a survey. Administered the survey to 126 clients to collect quality improvement data. Analyzed data and wrote up a report of the results, survey development process, and recommendations for future program assessments and potential areas of improvement for the outpatient services, which I presented to the board.

Working remotely with Cvent over the summer, I documented detailed requirements and the scope of a product for the Strategic Meetings Management Enterprise team. I collaborated closely with User Research and Design to create mocks that I presented to a development team, conducted analyses regarding the historical usage and revenue associated with the product, and reached out to potential third party partners and clients to assess options and receive feedback on desired features.

Through the Shepherd Higher Education Consortium on Poverty, I was placed with GLSP's Expungement Attorney, Nancy DeVetter. My main tasks included drafting motions and closing letters for expungement cases, following up with clients via phone, and calling courts to search for legal documents. I was also able to attend fair-chance housing committee meetings who's end-goal was to create a proposal for more fair and equitable policy for people with criminal records seeking housing in the city of Savannah.
