The SCCToolbox was developed for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Sonos Customer Care engineers to aid technicians with GoToAssist sessions by analyzing the Windows system, the network(s), Sonos units and by organizing all data in easy-to-interpret health checks, lists and tables. It includes many automated Sonos configuration tasks, network testing and scripted installers.Developed the Mac version of the SCCToolbox in Java.Project management software utilized: feature and bug tracking in JIRA by Atlassian, project management/coordination in Confluence by Atlassian, version control in Perforce, and CRM and tech support incident handling in RightNow by Oracle.
