• Provide advanced project management, daily administration and maintenance of Gateway/Acer’s Corporate Voice Network, this includes support and design of Avaya G3r and IP 500 PBX systems, Avaya Intuity Voicemail, Avaya CMS, Cisco ICM including Scripting, Verizon Network Manager and Nuance Speech Recognition systems• Planning, installation, maintenance and support of Local and Long Distance Voice Networks• Completed successful on time implementation of Nuance Speech Platform for all of Gateway/Acer’s US Toll Free Network • Managed over 3500 Toll Free Numbers used for Gateway and Acer Sales and Service• Supported and maintained 6 Avaya G3r PBX’s with ACD that were networked to allow 5 digit dialing between multiple locations, each PBX supported 300 plus seat Call Centers with up to 3000 extensions• Successfully collaborated with a team to design and implement a Cisco ICM Call Routing System that distributed calls to 10 separate Call Centers throughout the United States, this included all PG installation, ICM Routers and ICM Call Scripting• Part of a Gateway/Acer Team that was responsible for implementing and maintaining a Verizon ECR/NGSN network that was the largest in the United States• Provide support for Microsoft Operating Systems and Software including but not limited to Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8, Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes Mail Clients, and Microsoft Office Product Suite• As part of a team performed a Global Network Domain change where all internal computers were migrated from segregated Network Domains to a single Network Domain• Responsible for migrating PC’s in multiple locations from Lotus Notes Mail Client to Microsoft Outlook Mail Client
