In this role, I was the lead for integrating qualitative and quantitative data into the decision-making processes for the development of over 100,000 Army leaders. My work enabled leaders across the Army to understand personnel information and policy from the past and the present and to use each to make data-driven decisions to achieve the organization's future goals. These efforts allowed executive-level leaders across organizations to understand the impact of execution-level decisions on strategic-level objectives, to properly mitigate risks, and move the enterprise toward a desirable future state.

Fort Drum, New York

While serving as the Chief of Assessments for Operations for the US Army 10th Mountain Division I worked alongside Army strategic planners to create all future plans for the organization. At home and on deployment, I worked daily with the most senior leaders in the 20,000 person organization to identify data requirements for measuring progress on strategic plans, determining how we would collect that data, and then analyzing the data to identify required changes during execution.

Fort Bragg, North Carolina

As an analyst in the FORSCOM Commander's Initiatives Group (CIG) I employed qualitative and quantitative research methods to support strategic-level decision making for conventional US Army forces in the United States. I used project management tools to quantify and queue work in support of the decision cycle. I prepared written and graphical communication items for the 4-Star commander and his deputy. I traveled across the United States independently and as a team member to investigate problems, gather data, and advise Senior Leaders on how to best solve systemic issues in the organization.
