Ltd, Under the Mango Tree sources high-quality organic honeys from farmer cooperatives and packages it for sale. Through its non-profit, UTMT Society, Under The Mango Tree equips smallholding farmers.

• Interviewed key thought leaders and social entrepreneurs about prominent sectors, major actors, majorchallenges and opportunities for social enterprise in China.
• Contributed to international research for Rockefeller Foundation on social enterprise landscape in China.

• Providing information, research, consultancy, and training services to promote sustainable and socially responsible business practices in Asia
• Consultancy – Managed several stakeholder engagement projects for corporate clients, including Citibank Hong Kong. Managed a project to enhance impact and strategy of Hong Kong DisneyLand’s Foundation.
• Research – Contributed to research reports for Oxfam Hong Kong, Credit Suisse, LRQA, and Responsible Research. Topics covered benchmarking CSR, strategic philanthropy, and responsible investment.
• Business development – Awarded large project from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange based on proposal for training workshops for over 1,000 listed companies on environmental, social, and governance reporting.
• Thought leadership – Wrote over 10 newsletter articles about various sustainability and social responsibility issues in Asia. Several syndicated by Business and Human Rights Resource Centre.
• Capacity building – Co-conducted training on strategic community investment for Cathay Pacific Airways. Elaborated on the London Benchmarking Group methodology to help measure community impact.

• Trained Support Group Facilitator of weekly meetings for survivors of childhood sexual assault
• Responsible for training new volunteers on providing non-judgmental and non-directional support.
