Senior Intensive Outpatient ProgramWorked with a multidisciplinary team conducting clinical interviews, psychosocial assessments, individual therapy and family therapy with older adults who presented for treatment of psychiatric complaints in an intensive outpatient program. Co-facilitated cognitive-behavioral, psycheducational and process-oriented groups with culturally appropriate adaptations. Sharp McDonald Center- Hospital-Based Chemical Dependency Treatment ProgramProvided psychological and chemical dependency services to patients across the adult and older adult lifespan with various psychiatric and medical diagnoses as they transitioned through five levels of hospital-based care: residential detoxification, inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and aftercare. Conducted clinical interviews, psychosocial assessments, individual therapy, case management, family therapy and couples therapy. Facilitated psycheducational groups; mindfulness-based stress reduction groups; CBT-, DBT- and ACT-based group therapy; process-oriented groups and community meetings.
