In April 2009 an opportunity presented itself to become employed as an account manager at Wyvern fm in Worcester. This position included pro-actively seeking out new business and presenting proposals to sell advertising on Wyvern fm. The new challenges that this role presented to me coupled with better benefits seemed too good to turn down. Things were going well and I had my target increased earlier than planned as I brought in much more revenue than initially targeted for, however, in the months after I started at Wyvern fm the station was purchased by another group and redundancies were ripe. Worried what the future may hold at the station I chose to accept a position at a well known motor dealership in Worcester as a sales executive.
