Bicester

I successfully manage client relationships to ensure the long-term use of, and satisfaction with, Omfax Systems products and services; including the development of new proposals to generate new business growth. Also, responsible for managing the daily activities of the support and development teams, overseeing development projects, and corporate supplier.

Interaction across a wide network of clients gave me the opportunity to create, manage and develop relationships with key decision makers at all levels, including Housing Managers, Customer Service Managers and external suppliers of systems and IT software. Within 6 months in the role, I was recognised for successfully developing numerous key client.
