My primary responsibilities included maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating all personal and financial information, scheduling patient appointments and interfacing with patients in person and over the phone. I also communicated with medical offices, insurance companies, and other third party administrators to ensure patient documents and information were transmitted successfully. Maximizing patient satisfaction and optimizing provider time and treatment room utilization were important goals for my position.

I also answered phones, monitored child and staff files to ensure all paperwork was complete and up to date.
