Provide consulting, training, and advisory services to the non-profit, religious, government and international sectors - Schedule and conduct formal and informal interviews, focus groups and surveys with municipal leaders regarding efficacy of government and other organizational grants - Convene with SSC president to review each interview to ensure that all relevant information is captured for inclusion in follow-up reporting - Assist in report editing and proof-reading prior to submission to grantors - Carry out needs assessments to determine how program grants can be utilized to provide maximum impact for their investment - Ensure funders that programs are operating as intended and are collecting relevant, valid, and credible data on the program and its participants

Represent clients in both leasing and purchasing of homes - Assist buyers with contract negotiation, agency agreements and disclosures- Conduct market analysis of regional home sales- Aid clients in obtaining credit approvals
