With over 25 years of experience including a Design Director role at Nike Inc, Lead Designer at New Balance, Innovation Director at Seventh Generation, and consultant to brands such as Titleist, Converse, The North Face, Vans, and Timberland, Stephanie cofounded Endstate in 2021. Endstate embeds NFC chips into physical products, deepening customer engagement, protecting brand authenticity, and generating incremental revenue for the world’s leading brands. Endstate's chips combine with a powerful software suite to connect customers to exclusive digital content and experiences, and give brands unparalleled insights into customer behavior. The technology also provides a digital product passport (DPP) for brands' transparency compliance. Known for designing New Balance classics such as the NB 850 and 875 among others, Stephanie has been featured in books including: Sneaker Law, She Kicks, and London Design Museum's Sneakers Unboxed.
