The print inspection system product included profit and loss, marketing and manufacturing responsibilities. Total organization of 60 people.• Led successful bid for $16M print inspection contract for 5 print inspections systems for the US Bureau of Engraving and Printing. System produces 6,000 PVC licenses per day at central Manila location with annual revenues exceeding $1M.• Developed and implemented for the State of Iowa an OS-2-based, over the counter system, that produces 5000 licenses per day in 44 locations across the state, with annual revenues exceeding $1M.• Led the design, development, integration and testing of an ID system utilizing four byte traditional Chinese characters, a requirement that is unique to Taiwan.
