In my first full year we were the 5th largest Bentley dealer in new volume in the UK with the large conurbations of London, Manchester, Leeds and Leicester being above us and in 2010 was the 2nd largest UK retailer of pre-owned Bentley's in Europe with customer sales satisfaction measured at 100% by Bentley Motors.

Developing the sales department in a new facility, retailing 750 new and pre-owned Porsche cars with a team of 8 Sales Specialists, New and Pre-Owned Sales Manager and a Business Manager.

Following 7 years as a Porsche Sales Specialist with a family owned dealer group in Kent was successful in being chosen to join the Lancaster Bow team, that was part of Lancaster PLC and now Jardine Motors Group.Consistently the top performing individual in the team but also with two other large volume Porsche dealers within group, both in profit and customer retention and experience delivered winning numerous awards and accolades resulting in a current Sytner dealer group Sports and Luxury car division Director, that was my Sales Manager at the time, recognizing my skills, enthusiasm and aspirations to appoint me as Sales Manager in 1998 when he accepted a General Manager position within group.
