This June I began my 32nd year in construction. I have been fortunate to have been surrounded by good trades people and exceptional leaders. I have taken as much advantage of their wisdom as possible. My strengths include blue print interpretation, layout, carpentry and management skills. I'm a fairly all around carpenter though I haven't spent any time on form work I have familiarity with it. I'm very strong in coordination and delivery of schedule. I'm proud to promote and instill a safety first culture on all my projects. I realize I'm only one person and my roles are limited so I use a team approach and depend on developing those around me for success. That has always worked for me and I never forget to thank those that have supported me.
