• Assisted with the review of packaging artwork for Product Managers and Marketing. Ensured accuracy of part numbers, UPC’s, i2of5’s, and product claims for all products launched.• Worked with product managers, sales and planning to identify potential skus for obsolescence and provide that to the product manager for further evaluation and decision making. Developed and analyzed accessory business which led to a reduction of 750 skus (25% reduction).• Implemented a new Husqvarna branded Battery Charger and Indicator for Dealer Channel Sales. Responsibilities included cost make up of product, working with marketing on packaging, aligned packaging with global standards working with Swedish team, and launch of product. • Led the development and implementation of new hand tools for a strategic Husqvarna Group brand. Responsibilities included cost review of product, supplier selection, product selection, working with industrial design on color schemes, sample approval, packaging design through marketing.• Trade show customer contact for Husqvarna Parts & Accessories team at Green Industry & Equipment Expo (GIE). Responsible for logistics of product to show, planogram setup, and customer interaction with Parts & Accessories team.• Gathered and maintained item setup data for ~1,000 retail packaged parts and retail accessories required for retailers and other customers including: UPCs, I2of5s, Weights, Dimensions, etc.• Created, maintained and/or improved various branded Accessory Price Guides. These price guides include roughly 1,500 packaged parts and accessories and are treated as “sales tools” and the main way to communicate the product offering to Dealers and Distributors. Updates included: pricing, product images, product descriptions, model application information, features and benefits, adding new items, as well as improving overall user interface and usability.
