Has directed and led large teams with typical spends of £250m - £350m p.a. across both Indirect and Direct procurement commodities the latter covering all phases of the aircraft lifecycle including establishing repair capabilities overseas. Successfully led, a complex federated PLC level IT outsourcing programme delivering to programme, requirements whilst exceeding estimated savings. Operates at board level aligning Customer requirements from the UK, Europe and Middle East to ensuring alignment with partners and suppliers. Has led the strategic and operational development of industry leading partners and strategic partners within the supply chain.Has also led teams in the not for profit sector notably education and citizens advice and was recently appointed as a magistrate.An analytical and systematic thinker who as a pragmatic problem solver, delivers solutions whilst understanding the bigger picture.
