Oversee the Security Department for a casino and resort located in Winterhaven, California; consisting of a total staff of 38 security professionals. Respond to all emergency calls for assistance. Create strategic goals for the Security Department to include training, financial goals, hiring, and acquisition of new equipment. Review payroll for the Security Department, ensuring that the department staying within allocated budget hours and dollars. Review critical incident reports. Maintain lost and found inventory. Conduct quarterly meeting with supervisory staff; outlining goals for the quarter, as well as reviewing incidents, where training gaps may need to be address. Review all policies and procedures annually; making any necessary changes and updates to the Operations Manual.
