I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Westfield State University. For the past fifteen years before joining Communico full-time, I worked for an industry leader in the scholastic market; prioritizing elevating student experiences, promoting engagement, and celebrating achievement. Among my corporate initiatives were partnering with state associations and supporting their mission, facilitating training events and conferences, presenting as an industry expert, and managing continued education and development. As Vice President of Communico, I work with a great team to ensure we are a resource and partner for companies who strive to create and maintain a culture of outstanding service. In addition to our traditional programs and services, each day provides me challenges and opportunities to evolve them and how they're delivered, both to our current clients and potential new customers as well. I am excited to partner with clients, understand their company's mission and values, and create opportunities that will not only impact their teams' work and value, but also positively impact the experiences of the customers they serve.
