He is also a certified Systemic Business Coach. This strong coaching background allows him to be able to shine a light on customer’s goals and guide them to their own tailored solutions. While doing this, Stuart brings his wealth of knowledge of principles, practices, frameworks and successful patterns to help the customer find viable options.Stuart is a Certified Leadership Agility 360 Coach (via Changewise) is also an Agile Leadership Journey Guide (certified by the Agile Leadership Journey) and, as such, provides training, workshops and coaching for leaders who wish to focus on leading themselves, people and organisations.Stuart is a member of the European Organizational Design Forum (EODF) and is a masterclass participant. Through this, Stuart helps companies review, refine and design organisational forms and adaptive Target Operating Models tailored to their own context and goals. Stuart was one of the first SAFe Program Consultants (SAFe-SPC) in Germany, receiving his SPC from the SAFe founder in 2013. He has successfully supported SAFe-based organisational change since his first large customer project in the beginning of 2014 and has been very active in SAFe transformation ever since – participating in multiple SAFe customer initiatives per year.
