• Managing Office365 Hosted Exchange using PowerShell. Completed successful migration from in-house Exchange server.
• Troubleshooting, maintaining and upgrading complete network environment, including platforms Microsoft Server 2003/2008 R2 and ensuring connectivity at all times. Ensuring all relevant licensing correct and accounted.
• Negotiating all data/telephone contracts to ensure the best deal for the business.

• Providing IT First and second line hardware/software support.
