My responsibilities includes interaction with business (Hiring Managers), requirement gathering, sourcing, identifying suitable candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiation, background verification and on-boarding in quick turnaround time in contract to hire and permanent positions along with people management. coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders. I also manage the candidate pipeline, track the hiring metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
