Managed a team of seven employees with responsibilities ranging from Litmos and Success Factors LMS management, cloud product provisioning for training, partner training administration, customer training administration, partner and customer certification exams, and training website development and management. I managed the transition and update of the training site. I managed the implementation of the Litmos LMS for certifications and partner training. My greatest achievement as a manager is helping to develop and lead a healthy team who cares about each other as much as the quality of their work.

Supported updates for over 10 different applications and add-on features with thousands of training assets. Transitioned the site from static HTML pages to a CMS with dynamic content. I also developed an application to register for, and report on, internal training classes.

Configure Travel and Expense to include those requirements and facilitate testing and iterations and troubleshooting issues using SQL to query and make updates to data. Provide training and change management resources for customer's go-live.
