Managed the mobilization of F-16 fighter aircraft, spanning three continents and the airlift of 258 tons of support cargo, valued at $448 million dollars.

Led and mentored a team of 53 assigned and attached pilots, facilitating seamless coordination with maintenance counterparts to ensure the mission readiness of a $864 million fleet of F-16s. Directed the execution of 5,000 annual sorties, crucially contributing to a $54 million annual flying hour program.

Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico, United States

Directed operational policy for the Air Force's largest MQ-9 and F-16 formal training units, facilitating simultaneous manned and unmanned flight training. Additionally, served as the program manager for the Supervisor of Flying program and the Functional Check Flight program, while acting as the lead flight examiner responsible for ensuring regulatory adherence across five squadrons comprising 83 F-16s and a 450-member group.

Supervised, led, and provided mentorship to a team of 11 student pilots and 10 instructor pilots, guiding them through F-16 formal training courses. Developed comprehensive F-16 pilot training programs and instructed in various aspects, ranging from basic to advanced fighter aircraft combat employment tactics, contributing to our pilot cadre's professional growth and proficiency.

Played a pivotal role in enhancing the overall effectiveness and readiness of F-16 operations through precise scheduling and coordination.

Held a multifaceted role encompassing the responsibility for efficiently managing the reception, processing, and direction of avionics software and hardware combat systems upgrades. Additionally, I trained 81 combat pilots on electronic self-protection systems, weapons, and avionics upgrades. This comprehensive approach enabled me to drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies and ensure the proficiency of combat pilots, contributing to the continued excellence of aviation systems and operational readiness.

Coordinated the staging and transportation of over 50,000 pounds of critical operations equipment and classified materials for global contingencies. As a Basic Course (B-Course) student in the F-16 program, I underwent comprehensive training at Holloman AFB, NM, covering a spectrum of skills essential for proficient F-16 employment. The program encompassed Basic Fighter Maneuvers (BFM), Air Combat Maneuvering (ACM), Tactical Intercepts, Basic Surface Attack (BSA), Surface Attack Tactics (SAT), Close Air Support (CAS), and Defensive and Offensive Counter-Air (DCA/OCA) and Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD). Flying predominantly as a wingman, I demonstrated discipline, contract adherence, and mastery of new systems and weapons, evolving from a UPT graduate to a skilled F-16 wingman prepared for combat scenarios.

As an IFF student transitioning from UPT to become a fighter pilot, I successfully completed the Introduction to Fighter Fundamentals (IFF) course, a crucial step in evolving into a single-seat, high-performance fighter pilot. Over the course of approximately six weeks and 16 flights, the course focuses on honing skills in visual formations, basic fighter maneuvers (BFM), and basic surface attack (BSA) using the T-38C. The program instills the importance of adhering to fighter squadron standards, emphasizing exact timing, positions, and communication, laying the foundation for disciplined habits essential for future success as an F-16 pilot.

Completed a rigorous 54-week course by accomplishing over 87 flying hours in the T-6A aircraft, 96 primary flying hours in the T-38C aircraft, and 86 hours in the T-6A and T-38C simulators.
