I'm always a trainer at the core; a result of being a perpetual learner myself, and having a strong desire to see others grow to their full potential through training and personal development. It's always a joy to see a person go from lacking confidence in their abilities to seeing them get excited about the growth they've experienced already, and the growth they now know is possible in the future.Being a trainer/teacher is a heavy responsibility, but one that is immensely rewarding and I've loved the honor of bringing this passion to each role I've performed. But, the greatest joy of my life is getting to be a student of the ultimate Teacher, Jesus; sitting at His feet and learning from Him. “'Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light'” (Matt. 11:28-30 ESV)
