As the Director of Policy at Charter School Growth Fund, I lead the development and implementation of the organization's policy strategy to support high-quality charter schools across the country. I work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including policymakers, advocates, funders, and operators, to advance policies that enable charter schools to grow, innovate, and serve more students. I have a strong background in public policy, education, and technology, with over seven years of experience in various roles and sectors. I am pursuing an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and have a M.Ed. in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education, where I gained the skills and knowledge to analyze, design, and evaluate policies that impact education outcomes and equity. I also have multiple publications and presentations on topics such as online learning, charter school accountability, and education innovation. My core competencies include policy research and analysis, advocacy and coalition building, strategic communication and writing, and project and team management. I am passionate about improving educational opportunities and outcomes for all students, especially those from underserved and marginalized communities.
