• Managed migration of two content hubs into one hosted in-house, combining over 400 articles and pages, and deal with the day-to-day management of the site• Designed and manage a content strategy across two content hubs (insurance brokers and public sector customers) which averaged 1,000 page views per day in 2020, an increase of 46% on 2019• Utilise business SEO expertise to produce content recommendations and opportunities• Manage paid promotion social media campaigns alongside an external agency • Use Adobe InDesign to allow in-house design work to be done for the first time, including producing creative PDFs, social media posts, adverts, posters and external banners• Use WordPress (formerly) and Sitecore to maintain, update and upload content, using Google Analytics and Oracle to then produce monthly reports to facilitate discussions on improvements• Design and distribute monthly content emails to over 15,000 customers and brokers using Poppulo and Marketing Cloud
