◦ Product Launch: Reduced handling time by ~40% on rider complaint tickets for customer care agents by updating the internal Booking Management Tool (BOMT) to show quoted values for tour requests.◦ Data Tracking and Testing: Collaborated with product pricing analysts and ran experiments to assess the impact on key metrics in different markets to decide on the introduction of new fees.◦ MVP planning: Led the implementation of a major initiative (business case of 5.4m €); Aligned Marketplace teams and identified dependencies to roll out existing B2C Fees to all B2B Users across all countries.

◦ Product Launch: Redesigned and delivered a widget that improved the Viewability of Matches Stream Ads by 37% on iOS and by 33% on Android and increased the effective cost per thousand impressions (eCPM) by 50% from €0.20 to €0.30.◦ Journey Mapping: Created user flows for the current product state and determined the highest-volume user flows to create a heatmap of the most-viewed screens to be used for future redesign decisions.

◦ Product Launch: Launched the new version of the Audit Events dashboard to comply with new security requirements by leveraging Design Sprint practices.◦ Product Coaching: Coached 2 PMs to apply continuous delivery and discovery and helped define guidelines and documentation on Product Discovery techniques (i.e. Opportunity Solution Tree and FOCUSED).◦ Roadmapping: Inspected 270+ backlog tickets, estimated them with Effort (T-shirt size) and Impact (Business Value), and used the estimations to create a Q4 roadmap.

◦ Gotobot is a Conversational AI product that helps hotel and apartment owners save time and improve customer satisfaction. The team of 4 people created an MVP for a privately owned hotel in Split that answered hotel-related questions in less than 2 seconds.◦ For the MVP, we created a machine learning model built-in Rasa with PostgreSQL database storing the conversations and hosted them on Amazon Web Services.◦ Participated at a 5-day Big Bang Camp 2019 made by STEP RI science and technology park of the University of Rijeka and the US Embassy Zagreb. Also, we've participated in StartIT@PICS, an entrepreneurial program connected with ICT Županija that helps develop an IT product or service. Lastly, we participated in the Get in the Ring 2019 competition where we entered the finals and won 5th place.
