• Gotobot is a Conversational AI product that helps hotel and apartment owners save time and improve customer satisfaction. The team of 4 people created an MVP for a privately owned hotel in Split that answered.
• For the MVP, we created a machine learning model built-in Rasa with PostgreSQL database storing the conversations and hosted them on Amazon Web Services.
