The Playbook will be an online resource that provides users with the information they need to perform a successful deployment of MHS GENESIS.- Developed a broad methodology for gathering the necessary information that would be used to draft Playbook content including Deployment Event guidance, Deployment Topic instruction, tools, templates and any other necessary resources. This methodology includes gathering data through one-on-one interviews, attending a myriad of onsite events and then performing assessments and gap analysis on gathered data to craft the required Playbook content. - Provide Product Management guidance and instruction to the web development team responsible for the development of the online resource. This includes drafting the processes and plans necessary to govern and maintain this robust online product.

Led the effort to create a unified federal voice among the partners in order to draft the first-ever, industry-wide recommendations around Patient Identification, develop a revolutionary approach to constructing a national Provider Directory and establish ways of transferring health information more quickly, securely - all at a great savings to the taxpayer.• Managed financial Interagency Agency Agreements totaling $3.1m with federal agencies, providing necessary forecasts, analysis and earned value management. • Led a 5-person team to multiple West African countries, conducting civil-military training of African senior officials. Provided all logistic support and operational management for the team, resulting in 100% accountability of resources and personnel.• Negotiated with numerous US Embassy offices, local vendors, military and civil officials to draft contract and service agreements in participating countries. • Led year-long consulting project for the WHO to evaluate the feasibility of drafting Global Health Strategies for Sub-Saharan African countries. Chose Seychelles as candidate country and developed a comprehensive study for the project. Conducted in-country interviews with senior government officials, gathering necessary data for the report.• Analyzed data and published findings in comprehensive report that was given to the Seychelles Ministry of Health.

• Investigated and analyzed development projects in South Africa to determine the best location to launch GBC's Adolescent Girls Impact Initiative, a partnership with GBC, the Nike Foundation and the Dutch government, aimed at reducing the prevalence of HIV/AIDS in South African adolescent girls. Meticulous and persuasive report convinced the group to invest funds and launch the initiative, thereby improving the lives of hundreds of adolescent girls in South Africa.• Drafted and presented numerous briefings to GBC staff, including a study of possible public-private partnerships in the global medical technology sector that ultimately helped GBC to better position themselves in the market and acquire new paying members.

• Liaised with the International Red Cross, civil agencies, and government officials to plan all maritime aspects of the first-ever, 3-week, 18-nation exercise in the Black Sea region to include logistics support and training for over 40 ships and 2000 personnel. Successful exercise resulted in improved relations between the participating nations and fostered stability in the volatile region.• Planned and completed a week-long, groundbreaking multi-national humanitarian relief exercise with Bulgaria in the Black Sea greatly increasing their level of disaster preparedness.
